“The Ellipse Group impressed me, in particular,
with the New Century Energies / Lipan Distribution Center Laboratory Project.
This project involved remodeling and expanding the existing laboratories at the
Lipan Service Center. Ellipse Group served as sub-consultant to the General Contractor,
providing furniture planning and coordination, move coordination and project management
for this multi-phase relocation of 650 Public Service employees from 15 metro Denver
facilities into the expanded renovated PSC Lipan Distribution Center. The Ellipse
Group added value to our project by paying attention to the details. The laboratory
space, originally programmed by the team architect, was reprogrammed by the Ellipse
Group when Ellipse realized that the lab modules would not to fit into the space.
Ellipse also performed an electrical audit when they recognized that 220 volt outlets
were not provided in the program as well.”
